The restaurant at Hotel Olivo in Arco serves hotel guests but is also open to outsiders. So, you can choose from both daily and a la carte menus.

The restaurant has two large rooms. One of them is in the dehor, a very bright veranda, to guarantee the hotel guest the right tranquility and privacy.

The Restaurant is open from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Breakfast is served every day in the restaurant from 7:30am to 10:00 am.
Breakfast is rich in organic products such as jams and honey to spread on our homemade bread and it makes you start your day in the best way possible.
The coffee is Omkafè which is a roasted and homemade coffee by the Martinelli family in Riva del Garda.

The daily and a la carte menus change according to the season. And in every dish, there is always the use of at least two Trentino products.
A few examples? Homemade ravioli stuffed with carne salada and pomegranate, topped with melted butter flavored with cinnamon; house dumplings on cream cheese; braised beef with Teroldego; potato tortelli. Our wine cellar is stocked with excellent Trentino and local wines. We like, in fact, to emphasize local productions of old varieties.
If you have special dietary needs, just let us know. We have products for people with celiac disease and also some vegan dishes, such as curried mixed legume burger.

Our restaurant in Arco is a perfect location for organizing banquets.
Those who wish to celebrate birthdays, communions, confirmations or other celebrations with us have a dedicated space available. 
We specialize in banquets and buffets for any occasion and can think of your preferred solution with purpose-built menus. If you want more freedom, you can also choose elaborate hot and cold buffets with sliced meats, pinzimonio, canapés but also risottos and appetizers!

The Hotel Olivo restaurant in Arco joins the “Ecoristorazione Trentino” project. The goal of the project is to foster the benefits to the area of choosing local and organic produce. And at the same time, we want to reduce the environmental impacts related to the restaurant service and its supply chain.
So we are careful about energy and water consumption and waste production.
In addition, you can ask to take home food and drinks ordered but not fully consumed, using a special container provided by the caterer. In this way we ensure less food waste and reduce organic waste.
